Distinguished academic Alan Trench will be joined in Edinburgh by leading politicians for the launch of IPPR's new project, DevoMore.

Alan Trench will present the findings from a new report which sets out options for signficantly strengthening the tax powers at Holyrood with responses from Willie Rennie MSP and Patricia Ferguson MSP (tbc).
