Government takes on ippr recommendations for saving struggling pubs

Pubs Minister John Healey has announced the Government is taking forward a number of recommendations from ippr’s recent report Pubs and Places, such as funding for business support through the Pub is a Hub scheme and changes to planning rules to stop pubs being demolished before local communities have had their say.
