Katherine is an experienced HR professional with experience of managing multiple HR functions and providing generalist advice to staff and directors. She has developed and implemented various HR strategies including IPPR’s paid Internship Programme and a new Performance Management system aligned with organisational goals. Katherine is an Associate member of the CIPD and is currently studying towards an MA in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University.

Before joining IPPR in 2006, Katherine worked as a Finance Administrator at Lloyds TSB. She studied Sociology at the University of York and was awarded Associate Membership of the CIPD in 2007 when she successfully completed a Certificate in Personnel Practice.
