Glenn has contributed to a number of blogs, such as Left Foot Forward, British Politics and Policy at LSE, Public Service and eGov Monitor. He has also presented at several academic conferences, including the European Consortium for Political Research.
Before joining IPPR, Glenn taught statistical analysis in politics and European Union governance at the University of Sheffield, where he earned his PhD investigating regional variations in public attitudes towards European integration. He has also received an MA in research methods with distinction, from Sheffield, and a BA in political science from the University of California, Irvine.
Since September 2010, Glenn has been an honorary research fellow within the department of politics at the University of Sheffield.
