Before joining IPPR North in September 2009, Tamsin worked as editorial assistant on women’s writing magazine Mslexia and as a freelance writer for a number of North East publications. Tamsin has also worked at a Newcastle-based book publisher, where she was responsible for organising book launches and signings, and as a conference and events supervisor for a leading meetings venue in the North East. Tamsin holds a BA from Newcastle University in English Literature.
