Before joining IPPR in 2007, Alice worked in various financial and administrative roles for Motiv8 South, a crime prevention charity for young people, Crime Concern and Portsmouth City Council. After gaining a BA degree from Portsmouth University, Alice studied for her AAT qualification, becoming a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians in 2006.
