Dalia is an experienced media performer with appearances on Sky News, Channel 4 and the BBC. She has written articles for the Guardian, Independent and New Statesman. Dalia has spoken at a variety of conferences on a range of social policy issues both in the UK and abroad.
Dalia joined IPPR in February 2008. Prior to that, she taught social policy at the University of Oxford, held research posts at the LSE, and worked as a consultant and researcher for a specialist practice on the built environment. Dalia holds a PhD in social policy from the University of Oxford. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Melbourne. Dalia also volunteers for her local youth justice team.
