Sarah Mulley

Sarah is a regular commentator on migration and international development issues in print and broadcast media. Sarah’s recent coverage includes the Guardian, Financial Times, Observer, Times of India, Channel 4 News and Sky News.
Before joining IPPR, Sarah was Coordinator of the UK Aid Network, a coalition of NGOs working on international aid, where she led UK and EU advocacy on aid issues. She was previously a Research Associate at the Global Economic Governance Programme in Oxford, worked as a consultant for a wide range of research and policy organisations, and was a Senior Policy Analyst at HM Treasury, where she held a range of domestic and international policy positions. Sarah has an MPhil in International Relations and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, both from the University of Oxford.
Outside of work, Sarah is an advisory board member of Publish What You Fund, and a founding member of Labour Values.
