Jonathan comments regularly on public policy issues in the media. Recent coverage includes the Guardian, Independent, New Statesman, BBC London and GMTV. He has given presentations at a number of events, including an ESRC conference at the Treasury. His research has been published in the Journal of Immigrant and Refugee Studies.
Before joining IPPR in January 2009, Jonathan completed an MA as a Commonwealth Scholar at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He holds a BA in Geography from Durham University.
