Jenny joined IPPR in 2011 from the National Housing Federation where she carried out research into affordable housing, welfare and social care issues. Prior to this she worked at the Fawcett Society and at the British Red Cross where she led research into the support needs of trafficked and other vulnerable migrants.
Jenny holds an MA with Distinction in Human Rights from the University of Sussex and a BA in History and Politics from the University of Warwick.
