Before joining IPPR, Lewis worked for Granada Television on a variety of programmes. He has also worked in the American Congress and British Parliament. He has written for a variety of national outlets. Lewis holds a Bachelors Degree in History and Politics from St John’s College, Oxford, and has also studied at Yale and Beijing Universities. He is a keen writer and actor.
