Graeme has published papers and chaired various seminars on economic and business policy. He has also written articles for a variety of national outlets.
Prior to joining IPPR, Graeme was a lawyer at a leading global law firm for four and a half years, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law advice. In addition, he has worked in Parliament and for a leading civil liberties organisation. He has an MPA in Public and Economic Policy from the London School of Economics.
