Katherine leads the human resources team.
Katherine is an experienced HR professional with experience of managing multiple HR functions and providing generalist advice to staff and directors. She has developed and implemented various HR strategies, including IPPR's paid internship programme and a new performance management system aligned with organisational goals. Katherine is a chartered member of the CIPD, having been awarded an MA in human resource management from Middlesex University in 2012.
Before joining IPPR in 2006, Katherine worked as a finance administrator at Lloyds TSB and prior to that studied sociology at the University of York.
