London Housing Commission: Final report launch

This event saw the launch of the final report of the London Housing Commission.

The London Housing Commission was established to define and articulate a clear housing strategy for the next mayor to boost supply, tackle affordability issues, and address failings in the private rented sector over the period of 2016 to 2020 and beyond.

This launch event brought together around 200 high-profile experts from across the housing sector, and set out the detailed findings and recommendations of the commission, with a presentation of the findings of the commission by Lord Kerslake, chair of the London Housing Commission, comments on the report from London mayoral candidates Zac Goldsmith MP, Sadiq Khan MP and Caroline Pidgeon, and closing remarks by Robert Grundy, head of housing, Savills.
