Operations Officer

IPPR is looking to recruit an Operations Officer to work within the Operations Team. This role will provide invaluable support to the organisation. The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in an administrative role, ideally with demonstrable experience of office management. They will also demonstrate: exceptional organisational skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, the ability to work independently, and communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both internal and external to IPPR.

The role will also have a number of corporate responsibilities, such as acting as the main point of contact for IPPR’s Trustees and supporting the Head of Finance and Resources with ad hoc organisational projects as required. As the role will involve some basic financial administration it is also important that the successful candidate demonstrates their ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be a flexible and willing team player who is willing to use their initiative. An interest in and commitment to the work and goals of IPPR is also important.
