Finance Manager - Operations

IPPR is looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join its Operations team. Working closely with the Director of Finance & Operations, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing a high quality and effective finance function for the organisation.

The post-holder will perform a wide range of activities from sales and purchase ledger function, balance sheet reconciliation, monitoring cashflow, assisting in the preparation of year end accounts and the annual audit process to preparing payroll.

You will be an AAT qualified technician or ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified at professional stage. You will possess excellent knowledge of Sage Line 50 and advanced Excel skills. With sound understanding of a range of financial processes and strong communication and people skills you will liaise with budget holders, team leaders and staff across the organisation. You will demonstrate a responsible attitude to managing your own workload with the ability to meet deadlines to a consistently high standard, while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
