Operations Coordinator

IPPR’s is looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to play a key role in its Operations team, delivering a professional and comprehensive office management service. The team is responsible for Finance, Payroll, HR, Office maintenance, IT and Health and Safety. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining an effective office environment for the London staff team.

The post holder will perform a wide ranging role; acting as a key contact for property and office queries, liaising with the landlord, managing external supplier relationships and monitoring contracts, taking responsibility for general office systems such as IT, space planning and security.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of working in an office management role, with sound organisational and administrative skills. You will have excellent IT knowledge and enjoy troubleshooting basic computing issues and liaising with our IT provider to ensure staff have a seamless service at all times. With your people skills you will communicate effectively with staff at all levels as well as with external contractors and service providers. You will work independently and use your initiative to manage a busy and varied workload, while also being a flexible and willing team player.
