Biography

Anita is IPPR Scotland’s media and impact assistant.

Since June 2021, Anita has supported the digital and media output of IPPR Scotland, helping to ensure IPPR Scotland's research work generates impact both amongst the general public and with policymakers.

She has helped to secure high profile coverage for IPPR Scotland's research work across national and regional media. She is also co-editor of IPPR's journal of progressive ideas, Progressive Review. 

Anita has a background in third sector communications, having previously worked in digital communications and media roles at various non-profit organisations. She holds an MSc in human rights and international politics from the University of Glasgow.
