This report is based on interviews with 500 UK directors. It sets out their attitudes and activities in relation to corporate social responsibility.
This report presents the results of a survey of 500 UK directors of small and large companies. It sets out directors' attitudes and actions in response to social and environmental issues, from equal opportunities and workforce diversity to reducing emissions of greenhouse gases. It shows which voluntary activities companies engage in and why. The report provides evidence of the benefits of behaving responsibly, the extent to which organisations report on their impacts and whether they discuss these issues in the boardroom.
