Beth has spent her career working at the intersection between migration, politics and democracy.

Beth founded the award-winning refugee charity Safe Passage International and served as its CEO until 2024, she subsequently went on to research and advise government on how to reform the international protection system as Senior Policy Associate at think tank the Future Governance Forum.

Beth has worked as a political advisor to senior politicians, is a trained community organiser and non-resident fellow of the Migration Policy Institute.
