David White is the principal of Romyla Consulting, which provides strategic advice to the financial services industry, and Chair of EMCAS, a leading financial claims management company. His business career has been spent in the assets, savings and pensions part of the financial services industry, having been CEO of The Children's Mutual and pensions director of the Prudential Corporation.

He is a trustee of the Family and Parenting Institute and of pfeg (the Personal Finance Education Group), a financial education charity.
