Joud is a trainee researcher in the international policy programme.

Joud joined IPPR as a trainee researcher at the Centre for Geopolitics and International Policy. Her research contributes to a wide range of projects that aim to navigate a world between orders and secure progressive outcomes both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining IPPR, she worked in media and journalism at a leading student think, producing blogs and policy research on topics such as digital surveillance and mis/disinformation in the age of AI.

Joud holds a BA (hons) in International Relations from King's College London, where she specialised in the MENA region and published research on authoritarian resilience in the Middle East post-Arab Spring.
