Justina is the Corporate Governance Officer (Sabbatical Cover) at IPPR.

Justina works closely with trustees and senior leaders and supports the organisation’s governance. Justina’s role also includes supporting HR, finance, and wider day-to-day operations.

Justina’s career has mainly been in the charity sector, in operational roles including office management and HR. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Administration and is currently completing the CIPD Level 7 in Strategic People Management part-time.
