Katlin is the finance manager at IPPR.

She is responsible for overseeing the processing of purchase and sale invoices, authorising payments and managing payroll. She also manages all aspects of credit control and is responsible for the overseeing and monitoring of income from commercial conferences, supporters and affiliates schemes.

Katlin has valuable experience in the charity sector. Prior to joining IPPR, she worked for Sparks-Children Medical Research where she oversaw the charity’s income. Katlin also worked for Connect (the communication disability network) where she was responsible for the purchase and sales ledger.

Katlin holds ILM Diploma in management, MATT full qualified accounts technician, ACA level 4 and part qualify ACCA.

For many years Katlin has dedicated her spare time to volunteering. She has worked with adults, young people and children, helping to provide ways out of poverty by giving them new skills and confidence. Katlin has also supported projects that aim to aid social integration for migrants and people with disabilities.
