Kinga is IPPR's director of finance and operations.

Kinga is responsible for the organisation’s financial management, operations, and governance. She leads on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, and oversees HR, IT, and facilities. As a member of the senior management team, Kinga contributes to strategic planning and organisational development, ensuring IPPR’s systems and resources effectively support its research and policy work.

Before joining IPPR in 2017, Kinga held senior finance and operations roles in the charity sector for over a decade, including as director of finance and operations at the Family Planning Association. She is an ACCA-qualified accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in accounting and finance from South Bank University.
