Paul Erickson is the National Secretary of the Australian Labor Party.

In this role, Paul was campaign director on Labor Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s 2022 and 2025 federal election campaigns, becoming only the fourth ALP National Secretary to lead a winning campaign from opposition and helping deliver one of Labor’s biggest wins with the Albanese government’s re-election.

Prior to joining ALP National Secretariat, Paul worked in policy and campaign roles at the Australian Council of Trade Unions and the Victorian and New South Wales state governments.
