Rosie is the digital and media officer at IPPR.

Rosie joined IPPR in 2025, where she contributes to bringing the organisation’s research and ideas into the public conversation through the press and digital content.

She has worked in a range of media and communications roles with a focus on social justice – most recently at Solace, a leading charity working to end violence against women and girls. She brings experience in media relations, campaigning and strategic communications.

Rosie holds an undergraduate degree in French and a postgraduate degree in Gender and International Relations.
