Tazu previously worked for an NGO researching the influence of the financial sector on climate and economic policy, and for the UN Global Compact Network UK. Taz holds a BA in Human, Social, and Political Sciences, and an MPhil in Economic and Social History from the University of Cambridge where she focused on industrial policy and environmental protests movements in postwar Japan.
