Sticking Together. Social capital and local government

In 2002 and 2005, Camden Council commissioned two surveys aimed at measuring social capital, as it is broadly understood, in the borough. This publication is intended to help Camden explore the significance of the survey findings and develop policies in response to them. But we also hope it will help others in local government think about why social capital matters to them and what they can do to promote it.
