The future is coming: ready or not? Delivering a successful 21st century skills system for Scotland and Northern Ireland
Article
This report marks the third in a series of three reports looking at what a 21st century skills system should look like, in a comparative study across Northern Ireland and Scotland.
Our previous work has considered the challenges we face, and the measures of success we should have for each skill system, as seen by people working in and around the skills system in both Northern Ireland and Scotland. This report brings together previous work to make recommendations for what needs to change and what needs to stay the same in Northern Ireland and Scotland to get ready for the future we face.
