Chris Bick
Senior research fellowChris is a senior research fellow in the democracy and politics team.
He is currently working on projects related to democratic reform and generational politics, and his broader expertise spans political and democratic institutions, political inequality, and political economy. Before joining IPPR, Chris was a Fellow in International and European Political Economy at the London School of Economics (LSE). Before this he earned a PhD (also at LSE), researching how British political parties have changed the way they develop policy ideas over the 20th century and what these changes mean for British democracy. Prior to his academic career, Chris worked in the think tank and policy sector in Washington, D.C, where he worked primarily on issues of financial regulation and tax justice.
