Pascale Frazer-Carroll
Senior research fellowPascale is a senior research fellow in the democracy and politics team. Her areas of expertise include political inequality, public political participation, and social movements.
Prior to joining IPPR, Pascale was the UK director of the online petition platform, Change.org, where she led a team to support the website’s 21 million UK users to increase their political voice and create social change. She previously worked as a campaign advisor and strategist, where she provided support to grassroots groups, charities and individuals with lived experience to successfully shift government and organisational policy. She has provided trainings across narrative building, political education, and impact strategy- particularly working with marginalised communities frequently locked out of democratic processes.
Pascale has served as a trustee at the New Economics Foundation. She has also been an Atlantic fellow for social and economic equity, housed at the International Inequalities Institute at the London School of Economics. There she conducted research across migrant justice, protest legislation, and political imagination.
